Disable or Enable a User Account

The Account Status column in the Search Results indicates if the user account is Active or Inactive.

When a user account is Inactive, the user may not log in and access the portal.

Disable a User Account

  1. In the Account Status column, change the toggle from Active to Inactive.

    The Disable User Account box displays.

  2. Select Yes. The Account Status changes to Inactive.

Enable a User Account

  1. In the Account Status column, change the toggle from Inactive to Active.

    The Enable User Account box displays.

  2. Select Yes. The Account Status changes to Active.
