Disable or Enable a User Account
The Account Status column in the Search Results indicates if the user account is Active or Inactive.
When a user account is Inactive, the user may not log in and access the portal.
Disable a User Account

In the Account Status column, change the toggle from Active to Inactive.
The Disable User Account box displays.
- Select Yes. The Account Status changes to Inactive.
Enable a User Account

In the Account Status column, change the toggle from Inactive to Active.
The Enable User Account box displays.

Select Yes. The Account Status changes to Active.
